Craftsman Premier, for VIP for customers who purchase 5,000 squares or more a year.
These new changes allow contractors to enter the loyalty program at the beginning and grow their relationships from there. It is a given that IKO will offer high-quality shingles, but by also offering this loyalty program, they are giving their customers more than just shingles. Through the ROOFPRO program, IKO gives their customers tools to help them continue to succeed as a company.
Continued education and business tools are just a few of the many benefits of the ROOFPRO program. Jack says this is because “you have these roofers who are amazing at roofing, and then when it comes to marketing their business and having other tools to navigate the world of running a business, they are a step behind because that’s not their background.”
