Yes, our warranty covers our iron clad workmanship warranty of 5 years and a manufacturer warranty based on your chosen roofing system.

Our dispute resolution is comprehensive and backed by the State contractors board of both States we work in. But only If we can not resolve disputes with the owner of Top Line Roofing and the owner or customer of the building.

Yes, we provide a verbal then written estimate on every project prior to performing any work.

How do you handle payment and billing?

We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards for payment and we normally require a down payment before we start work on any project.

How do you plan to protect my property during the roofing process?

We protect by covering and or tarping all bushes and shrubs surrounding the property that will be in the line of our roofing material disposal.

Can you accommodate my schedule and timeline for the project?

Yes, we can accommodate your schedule. Normally, no one is required to be on-site during roofing as it is an exterior project accessed with ladders and or stairwells in commercial buildings.
