He said he could go out today and I said yes to that but wanted to know how I do I know this was going to happen since he already flaked out Friday. He goes into a tangent about accepting all these calls and working and working 24/7 and that he didn't want to half way do one job. Then I explained I understood I just don't want to be left out of the loop like Friday again. Then he informed me he didn't needed to be lectured to run his business and asked I use someone else. I understand I don't need to be lecturing you but as I costumer I'm allowed to gain some trust back after you lose my trust. **UPDATE** Scott called back and apologized before he even saw this post. We both agreed what was going on and Scott gain my trust back 100%. He corrected his mistake and went above and beyond to make sure things were square. He did all of this before even realizing I previously had left him a bad review. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone needing a roofer or a solid worker willing to make sure things get done. He did quality work and even warranties his work.
